He is an experienced Test and QA manager with 30 years technical experience specialising in validation of networks, architecture, applications and data. His Non-Functional Testing skills are at the highest technical level which means he can assess, advise, implement and manage solutions from scratch.

Derek’s pragmatic approach to testing considers requirements, timescales, and availability of resources which provides high quality delivery, on time and on budget.  Derek is an excellent leader who takes great pleasure in enabling his team by transferring his knowledge and training juniors.

Ray is a founding Director of Testing Performance with 30 years’ experience in both automation and performance testing. This rare, combined skillset allows him to work at a very technical level but the breadth and depth of his career enables him to draw on many experiences to quickly solve problems.  

Ray gives management and stakeholders confidence that a solution has been architected and projects will be delivered on time and within budget. He is able to communicate at both a technical and non-technical level, report and advise in plain English and gain buy in from stakeholders.

Within the testing world Ray is known for working above and beyond to deliver a project on time, within budget and also sharing his knowledge with in-house test teams. His tenacity to work away on a problem until it is solved is unrivalled.

Clive specialises in both Automation and Performance Testing to the highest technical levels. With an IT career spanning over 20 years he utilises his strong analytical, testing and development skills to solve complex automation, performance and data migration problems, including building bespoke utilities.

Security Cleared (SC) and Non Police Personnel Vetted (NPPV) means that Clive is trusted by security conscious organisations to work with highly sensitive data. Within the testing world Clive is known for his superb technical skills and coming up with creative solutions to make the impossible possible.

Jo utilises her 10 years of recruitment and sales experience to help secure the operation and continuity of Testing Performance.  She maintains a wide-reaching network of testing professionals allowing the company to scale up on demand.  Jo is known for listening to what clients need, not just for technical requirements but for holistic solutions.

She is able to troubleshoot problems before they arise, keeping accounts trouble free, with continuity of service and resources.  Within the testing world Jo is known for her clear, no nonsense communication and her ability to translate technical jargon into every day language.
